"All staff were great— friendly, respectful, courteous and very helpful. TJ was amazing. Owners are making their staffs jobs so very difficult from major lack of maintenance. I got there- to find pool closed for renovation. Elevator broken. Our room was on the third floor. Best entrance to bring luggage up stairs - card reader broken- so one could person had to hold the door while the other carried in luggage. We get settled in our room only to realize the air conditioner didn’t work and it was 77 degrees in our room. Issues getting TV to work. That was just us. TJ worked very hard to make as much right as possible. Bu what an impossible task they have given him. The rooms initially looked nice- and they are- but the maintenance for the rooms and property is SEVERELY lacking It’s a shame- it’s a really nice place and the initial Renovation was good. But why bother if you’re going to let it fall apart from regular use. Breakfast was good- nice lobby- great staff at breakfast too! "

"Great place! My son loved the theming! I loved that I didn’t even have to check in. They sent a text with a door code and that was that, they were very quick to respond to texts and even helped me with some other questions I had about the area. If your staying and have time I highly recommended dinner at the big Texan steakhouse! It was great! I would also recommend driving out to Palo Duro canyon. It’s about a 25 minute drive and really cool Also…while this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it’s worth keeping in mind , the hotel is right next to the steakhouse, which is open later and people drink too much . We had to text the hotel and let them know there was some drunk women crying and yelling well beyond 1 am, the hotel was fast to send someone out to deal with it so that was good. "

"I was there supposed to spend one night only but I only spend 30 minutes in the room and I left to another hotel. The whole facility was dirty the room was so bad and super dirty, hairs in the sink, flies inside the room, coffee maker with a lot of fingerprints, the door handle from the inside of the room with fingerprints everywhere. Definitely this hotel needs to do a lot improvements or close the hotel completely and get off from business. I run away from this place and I did have to spend extra money to stay in another hotel for that night."

"Check in was delayed because nobody was at the front desk. I went looking for someone who worked there and was able to locate them. The lady was very nice, but was working on several things in addition to checking people in. Otherwise it was a good stay. Very cool renovated retro Hotel with a cool Honky Tonk attached."

"We reserved a king room online and got a room with two queens next to housekeeping and elevators. Noisy at times. Bed very firm. Very bright parking lot lights. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. This is a minimalist hotel."
