100% excellent everything.
I hardly leave reviews on anything, but this hotel and the staff were extremely wonderful.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were always available to help, they were very friendly and sweet.
It was our 1st time in PR, and we'll definitely stay here ANYTIME we come back here
My experience here was great and will definitely be visiting again. My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. The parking included is great just a very tight space to get in and out. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The bathroom was very spacious and great shower. The ac works perfectly alongside the tv and mini fridge included. Another plus side is that the environment is very quiet, not...
The staff was super helpful. Our excursion was cancelled and they provided us with options on how to get to the rainforest and provided helpful maps. They went above and beyond for us each and every day. It is clean and within walking distance to great restaurants.
Customer Service!!!!! It was amazing, I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was more attentive, friendly and helpful! The room was EXTREMELY clean as well. We arrived before check-in and Carlos, gracefully took our bags and sent is to have fun in PR. Within a couple of hours I got text saying that not only was the room ready but he had already placed our bags in our rooms which is extra special because it boutique style, there isn’t a elevator. The room also had a surprise, a typed...
I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. After a long search for the perfect spot.. I found this little B&B. It had everything I needed: a clean room, comfy bed and a great shower! Oh there's a mini fridge inside the room too (barely made any noise). I slept through the night like a baby. The beach was...
ROOM SIX WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND JUST 12 STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH. THE ROOM WAS NOT LUXURIOUS, BUT IT WAS JUST FINE. THE RESTAURANT SERVED GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING OR OUTSIDE ON THE BEACH. STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. IT IS FOUR BLOCKS FROM THE AIR CONDITIONED BUS TO THE OLD CITY, $1.50 FOR TWO. UBER IS AVAILABLE IN THE METRO AREA, QUICK TO ARRIVE AND 40% THE COST OF TAXIS. WE WENT TO THE EAST END OF THE ISLAND TO THE $2 FERRY FOR $29, TAXI COST $100,...

The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.
