"The rooms were on the dirtier side. Stayed one night, so we managed.Staff was nice. Hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building and rooms are on the smaller side. Would not recommend if you are with young kids. "

"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."

"This hotel is scam. there is not way to reach property. Even though the expedia says that its located in Parel but if you copy actual address its in andheri. All the details of the listing is incorrect. It says 9min walk from tata memorial but actually its 34 km away from that location."

"Hotel was ideally located to see the majority of Mumbai’s sites. Staff were very helpful and keen to assist us with finding the right room when we arrived. Area was very safe to walk around and we were only a very short walk to the Gateway to India. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. "
