"Make sure when booking to find out about AC and extra charges when arriving at hotel. That is not advertised and should be. Advertised is all taxes and fees included and that is not so. Don’t be surprised to pay extra. Email with that explanation landed in my inbox 30 minutes after check in. Not a happy camper. "

"Nice location and ideal for large groups but not enough staff was available to make our stay memorable. The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. Also, be aware there is an additional tax ONLY for Peruvians and they are very welcoming to them. If you are a foreigner staff is very suspicious and make your stay unwelcoming. "
