"Clean rooms, nice staff , walkable to outlets and close ride to beach. Only drawback says there was a shuttle to beach but that was public bus Other than that very nice stay"

"The hotel was extremely clean. We have been staying there for years, but we were disappointed in the breakfast. We understand it is a continental breakfast, but it has definitely gone downhill--don't consider hardboiled eggs in a bag, prepackaged muffins and bagels a breakfast. Would at least have liked to have seen some fruit and some oatmeal. The coffee was very good, along with juices and water. It was supposed to be open from 8-10--always late in opening up. Would like to see it open earlier in the morning for early risers. We arrived 1-2 hours early and was told we could park even though our room wasn't ready. We were not told we would be charged an additional $20 to park. If we had known, we would have parked on the street!!"

"We always enjoy the Sands. The staff is always great. Rooms and hallways are clean. Location and especially Kiwi’s are our favorite. The only complaint would be that the fold out couch is in dire need of an upgrade on the mattress. Our over 60 party of ladies had to take turns suffering on the pull out. Thank you for another wonderful stay."

"Directly across the street from the beach, and the complimentary umbrella, beach chairs and towel service was awesome and made our beach experience 100% hassle free. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Kitchenette very nice w/refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was great. Parking available on site and always space when returned to property."
