"Nice hotel, clean, good location. The AC is VERY LOUD in the rooms. We had several rooms with our group and everyone said the same thing. The TV was even hard to hear without it being UP!! We had asked for rooms next door or near each other and were told on the phone that would be fine, but were given rooms 10 floors apart when we arrived. The guy “fixed it” and we were a floor apart"

"This hotel was in a great location for a Reds game or visit to the museum. Super clean and great breakfast but what shines the most is the staff. From valets and front desk to the bartenders, everyone was very attentive, friendly and professional. Also important, super cold rooms which was very important in Cincinnati during August!"
