"The front desk staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating both friendliness and professionalism. We encountered a fortunate opportunity to secure assistance with our luggage from the sole bellman during our departure, as we happened to cross paths in the hallway. Unfortunately, the bell service was unavailable upon our arrival, and we were unable to utilize a trolley on our own, which presented a health challenge. There was considerable distance between registration and the elevators and our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We recommend implementing a directory of hotel direct dial numbers, as we experienced an extended hold time without resolution when attempting to contact the hotel. It appears the establishment may be operating with a limited staff, rather than a lack of training or dedication."
