"Rooms were clean and updated. Nice gym and patio. Staff was nice."

"The worst stay I’ve ever had. When we checked in, the tissue box was empty and the bathtub didn’t look clean. But the most serious issue was that our room door was left unlocked two nights in a row, with no resolution from staff. The first night, when we returned and found the door unlocked, I called the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me in the morning, but I never received a call. The next day, we made absolutely sure the door was locked before leaving. When we came back, it was unlocked again. This time, we took photos and reported it to the front desk in person. The staff member wrote down my name and room number and again promised that a manager would follow up the next morning. Once again, no one contacted me. This is a serious safety concern, and the lack of response from management made it even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others."

"The breakfast is horrible with little to no good options.No spinach or Salmon options..I literally am in love with the hotel and always make it my business to stay when I come to town.The whole staff is A1 and should be awarded for the impeccable service provided..But that breakfast needs some serious work."
