"Very distasteful establishment. Rude and dishonest. Desk representative left us at the front desk for a hour so we didn’t even check-in. As we waited and looked around the lobby we noticed it was very filthy. Baseboards were dirty rotten. Spots on the ceiling. Other guests began walking down saying they were leaving due to the nastiness of the establishment. When we reached out to Expedia for a refund, the hotel said they weren’t going to issue us one even though we never checked in, never gave a deposit or any additional information for them to run. 0/100 rating for this establishment"
