"Kristen at the front desk was extremely helpful. Hotels.com booked the room and did not include my last name in the booking, only the letter Y. Kristen kept looking and researching for 30 minutes while we were standing there until she was able to identify it and booked us into the hotel. I will never use hotel.com again!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY The property and ground are beautiful and well maintained. Kristen upgraded our room without asking to the 15th floor on the corner and it was magnificent. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower was amazing. (the Grohe shower is listed on eBay for $1,200 and that’s the one that was in my room.) everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in Wildflowers, which was outstanding and exceptional and service was terrific! For breakfast we ate at the Emerald restaurant and had a delicious breakfast and great service. I would highly recommend this resort."

"The hotels was very clean, comfortable beds and nice continental breakfast spread (yogurt, pastries, bagels, cereal). Centrally located and the outdoor games and fire pit out back were awesome! You can buy drinks (beer, wine, etc) at the front desk, as well as food 24/7. We didn't get food but the kids were thinking about getting mozzarella sticks. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities would have gotten 5 stars except the gym was lacking some standard machines like a treadmill, though it was late summer and I was able to run outside. Something to keep in mind for winter visits. It honestly didn't really detract from our stay, though. Also, the shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! We stayed while we were dropping our son off at SUNY Morrisville and will definitely be back!"

"The property, as always, was spectacular. Ashling acres is extremely peaceful and beautiful and highly recommended. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating, which is why I always come back every time. Thank you again for an amazing stay!"
