"The hotel was very sketchy -- bad vibes. The room smelled. We saw a cockroach. But I think the thing that really ruined it for me was being awakened by a strange sound around midnight. It sounded like a gigantic rusty fan. We called the front desk twice before someone answered and they told us everything was fine, not to worry. However, a few minutes later the fire department was pounding on our door hollering at us "Fire! Get out!" I guess that noise the front desk told us to ignore was some kind of alarm? The fire department got everything under control, but we felt it would be best if we left. We did not feel safe. As I was walking out, the guy at the front desk asked if we had been inconvenienced. Uh -- yes. I will never return to this hotel. I don't recommend it. I wish them good luck in the future -- they have a lot of work ahead of them if they want to improve this place. "

"I reserved the room through Expedia ten minutes before my arrival, but it took nearly an hour for hotel staff to receive the reservation. In the interval, the room I requested was given to a walk-in customer. The staff blamed Expedia's reservation system, but I knew the reservation had been sent to Hilton because I got a partial reservation number. The staff was unsympathetic with my frustration (it was midnight) and advised me next time not to book through a third party. I asked for Hilton's central phone number; the staff ignored my request. The room we eventually got was fine -- spacious, clean and well-lit -- but the price was over $300. Parking was available in an adjacent building, but also more expensive than I would have expected."

"The hotel and the room were wonderful, Luis the maintenance person was very pleasant and very helpful with the AC and TV in the room. He was nice and offered his services to us. The front desk staff named Jasmine was very rude and very mean tone with an attitude. Was not helpful when asked where we can order food from."

"Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. The bed was a bit lacking - it was oddly short and the springs were very squeaky and also I think there was plastic on it. For a budget hotel not bad though! I do wish they provided conditioner and lotion vs just shampoo and bar soap. Also it smelled weird but not terrible just a strong cleaning smell maybe."
