"Clean room, little dated but fine, tv was large and updated flatscreen. Mattress was great, pillows very flat and hard so should upgrade those . Also exterior door to balcony need updated as it was warped and hard to open. Perhaps updated outside chairs instead of flimsy white chairs. Good location to beach and boardwalk access only down a bit."
