"This property is nothing like it shows on the pictures it smells like humidity in the room the showers have rusted sidings I had roaches crawling on the walls and they don’t even give extra toilet papers the pillows are like for babies of how small and uncomfortable they are. They are old pillows and the sheets smell like if it never been washed. The breakfast eggs are watery and not fully cooked. The best part of that place was the pool that was super clean and the temp of the water was just right. Other than that I will not be staying there anymore. And the tv only has like 6 channels that is blurred out so forget about watching good tv. Bring your own iPad cuz you won’t be using that tv I guaranteee it. Staff was super nice but nothing else there was good. Plus the airport is close so planes fly over the hotel non stop making a super loud noise."

"This is an excellent and one of the best in the IHG family of Holiday Inn Express hotels in the Miami area. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and with quality bedding and fresh linens. Breakfast is great along with the coffee. Location is also conveniently across from the Food Court with many options in the Miami International Mall."

"Room, while clean, was in need of updating. Breakfast was not appetizing. Elevators take very long. Bed was comfortable, staff was very nice and location was great right off of the turnpike with lots of food options within walking distance. "
