The people at the hotel were super friendly and helped us when we had a food delivery issue (delivery guy went to wrong hotel and the hotel team translated and got him to us). Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi restorandaki çalışan personeller ilgiliydi. Girişteki resepsiyondaki bayan biraz donuk birisiydi güler yüzlü değildi.Karşılama bölümünün daha bilgili ve güler yüzlü birinin olmasını tercih ederdim.Daha öncedende geldik genel anlamda memnun kaldık."
