I enjoyed my stay. Gabriel, really took care of me when I was there. He was attentive and prompt and very kind. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area and there is not much around to do unless you have means of transportation to get around. It’s a perfect place to unplug, read books, drink your wine, and just be. Finca Son Palou was, by far, the highlight of our trip to Mallorca. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax that is still close to everything, this is the perfect spot. I could waffle on but in a nut shell this is a perfect place for a couple to relax. Food, rooms, service are all perfect. (dinner is only Tuesday & Thursday, but is very good) I will be going back again sometime.

Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...
Great hotel - extremely clean, very nice staff and amenities. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved tge young lady who played the violin by the pool - what a treat! The breakfast buffet is awesome with a variety of goodies to choose from. We will stay here again if we get another chance to visit this beautuful and vivacious city!
