"I liked the overall feel of the sturdy, spacious concrete and steel building. No squeaky wood sounds as you walk in the rooms and hallways. Great staff also. The only (small) negative was the tiny squared pillows. Longer and fatter pillows are more comfortable for someone like me who often switched positions during sleep. "
