"There are 3 untrue information on the hotel description including map location, nearby, and getting around. When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. It is luck for us to find out the errors early and get into trouble at night with luggage. "

The staff at the lobby was also friendly. So staff and service top notch. But the hotel was old, alot of wear and tear, almost feeling that a renovation is needed to maintain the standard. But the staff did the best with the ”product” they had."
