She also shared with me the places of interest within the vicinity and this helped us reduce the time to navigate the surroundings. She gave a call to our room to inform about the fire drill the next day and assured us about our safety. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely consider returning to Crowne Plaza in my next visit to Shenzhen. Many thanks Kiki!"

The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring!
The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare.
The views are nothing short of extraordinary.
