"The air-conditioning is working but won't go lower than 22 degrees. The maintenance guy said he'll be back to fix the shower head but never did. Other than that, everything was great, Felt safe even with a protest going on outside."

Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again. "
