"The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. But it was not possible to adjust the AC to higher temperatures, it was cold during whole night. Probably, the hotel technical service made impossible on purpose to making any adjustment. "

"Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"This is a very stylish and spotless apartment hotel in the Kartal district. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to two large malls, as well as Migros and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. ​The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Regarding the metro, it’s a 15-minute uphill walk, but you can easily reach it through the shopping mall to avoid the hill. ​Just a note: the area is currently under development, so there is construction noise starting around 8 AM. However, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a comfortable stay. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice, though the hotel does not have its own restaurant."
