"This was a wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean and with the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel/apartment. I booked a slightly larger room (medium size) which had a wonderful little window balcony. They have thought out the layout very cleverly of the apartment. Easy to stock up on any items (coffee pods, milk or towels) from the basement store. And the lockers for luggage are such a great idea. I visit Berlin about once a year and will definitely book here again "

"A real old world charmer. Room was huge, bathroom ‘in a closet’ was small but comfortable for us. The location perfect for exploring C’burg, Zoo, Ku’damm, etc, etc. 10 minute walk from a main rail and U-bahn hub; 5 minutes from several U-bahn lines. Lovely lobby/dining and cute gifts. The Gasthaus down the street is typically old style Berlin and good food for most every (including vegetarian) tastes. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location a few minutes easy walk from Zoologischer Garten S and U bahn transport hub and for Kantstraße and Ku’damm with the Zoo, Europa Centre, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, KaDeWe nearby. Three of us stayed in room 114 at front of hotel: large, extremely clean, tidy and pleasant with separate loo and shower rooms, single, full size beds which were very comfortable and the room surprisingly quiet given how busy the hotel was.
