We booked the room thinking it would be nice to sit there in the evening but that was not the case.. you should not advertise balcony in the room type. -no bottle openers in the room, if you want something from the mini bar with a crown cap, you need to go to the reception to open it. "A notre arrivée les indications sont très précises pour accéder à la chambre, pas de problème pour le check in, sans aucun intermédiaire. La chambre paraît bien au premier abord, il y a une cafetière, c'est plaisant, mais pas de réfrigérateur. Le lit assez bien. La salle de bain, pleine de moisissures, la chambre est très humide. Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre,nous y sommes restés 6 jours. Nous avons rencontré un problème d'alarme a incendie dans une autre chambre, personne n'est intervenu,...
