"I absolutely loved my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Aruba. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Service was amazing and house keeper would stop by daily to clean our room. We always had fresh towels placed in our beds and new water bottles on the table. Our room was very spacious and view was beautiful. I had stayed previously at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Chicago and also had a great stay there. I’m so happy there was a Radisson Blu Hotel in Aruba too. The location of this Radisson Blu Hotel was absolutely perfect!!! I can’t wait to come again with family next year. Thank you for your amazing service Radisson Blu!!!"

He still paid for that night despite not staying in the hotel & did not get the money back or given the option to use another night. I don’t feel this is fair business & my husband is too kind to argue this with the staff at the front desk. Anyway, we will add this hotel to our list of ones to revisit.
