"Accoglienza super, camera stupenda pulita e in ordine ogni giorno. Cibo molto vario e abbondante nei tre pasti principali. Abbiamo trovato anche la pasta cotta bene. L'unica pecca, si trova molto lontano dalla città e dall'aeroporto. Noi ci siamo mossi con Trasfert e taxi. Consiglio il noleggio dell'auto. con Trasfert e "

"Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing. All in all, great place and I recommend it."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an amazing location with incredible views of Jebel Akhdar. Our room was beautiful and plenty of space with a view of the canyon from our balcony. Amazing sunrises and sunsets The staff from arrival, check in, restaurant, bar and poolside are extremely helpful. Well done and thank you to them all. Highly recommend "

"Beautiful hotel "

"Nice to be able to stay in the Jebel Sham area. Staff service was excellent but otherwise stay was mediocre. I stayed in a tent and the lighting was very poor. Could not do much. I asked about lighting and got an answer that it was to create atmosphere. If I wanted to be in a cave it would be good. Found the food mediocre especially the breakfast."
