"We stayed in April in a really lovely room. This time the room we stayed in was in need of a lick of paint. Was very tired lookingCurtains that didnt hang correctly due to missing hooks. A little disappointing this time."

"Great double room with stunning views of the sea front and lots of space , it was very clean and quiet, ( the addition of a fan was very welcome! ) Breakfast was plentiful and constantly filled up! The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again if visiting Exmouth, the position of the hotel is ideal !"

"Excellent hotel in a good location for visiting Exeter. Car park is across the road with £10 24hr parking discounted from the hotel. Bar is good but overpriced Rooms were of a good standard we had decent nights sleep, comfortable beds & decent shower. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice to fill you up for the day."
