The staff was very courteous and accommodating - we had a reservation, but due to a flight delay, we got in a day late. I called the hotel reception and they were VERY accommodating; we didn't get charged extra for the night we missed. The facilities at the hotel are excellent - we were impressed to find an indoor racquet ball...
We found this hotel by chance and were delighted by the great service and excellent spa facilities. We were also served a fine dinner and delicious breakfast, all included in the room price. We ordered and paid for a special local wine separately, and it was well worth it.
