Foi o pior “hotel” que já estive na minha vida. Não tem nem faixada, recepção duvidosa, informações confusas, banheiros parece de rodoviária, os quartos são da pior categoria, não pode ser considerado hotel, qualquer hostal simples seria mil vezes melhor que aquele lugar. Meu esposo foi mordido por um carrapato enquanto estava deitado na cama, quando fomos olhar tinha VÁRIOS, pegamos nossas coisas e fomos embora, melhor dormir no aeroporto do que ficar nesse lugar. FOTOS NADA A VER com a realidade, estão até que boas… mas usando você chega parece uma casa abandonada!!! Não vão, prefiram ficar no aeroporto ou ir para um lugar mais caro, mas que seja digno de uma estadia.

Is kind of noisy from the outside there is Basic bathroom, private room, great hospitality from the owner, breakfast lunch and dinner available on site with additional fee. Pretty close to the airport so is a good place to rest after a very long flight.

I booked this for a friend and from what I understand the host was able to accommodate him at 5 o’clock in the morning. William is a great host to do that for me.

It was really hard to find with no sign or visable address. Upon arrival as soon as we stepped foot in the room was being harassed for city tax. Did not speak English as stated and tried to scam us for more money for tax than they had posted. We ordered airport transfer for 7am the next morning that would cost 200 DH and were told no problem it would be arranged, but no taxi at 7am and when asked where is our taxi they demanded the money up front before they would order it and was then told 10 mins, waited 10 mins no taxi made them call again and was told 10 mins again. We ended up finding someone in the street that gave us a ride to the airport unsure if the taxi ever came. No towels and a shared bathroom did not see anything like the pictures.

The property didn't send a taxi as arranged. When I called the number provided, the person said this is a private apartment. I had to use another hotel. This was a total mistake to book.

Don't go there! they will torture you!!

Dirty Hotel... Bad service (When I showed up in the check-in, I was told: Sorry NO rooms available in here, they let me walk 25 minutes caring 2 suitcases, and provide me a room in "no-hotel" location (stinky towel, bad smell in the room, no TV...) Moreover, they stole my money, I asked for a taxi service because my flight is taking off at 6AM, they took the fare in advance to assure the ride & the driver DID NOT SHOW UP... I was running in the streets like crazy to look for a ride & almost missed my flight.

Extremely hard to find without building number. Random service fee asked for after arriving at the property 50 dihnar. No bottled water provided, host even suggested we dink tap water. Towel was extremely dirty with crust... There was no AC in the room... Host asked for 70 dihnar to get food from the local resturant, it just cost 23... It's a scam... Host even suggested arranging a taxi to take me to the airport for 100 dihnar... Went to a cafe nearby and the man helped me get a taxi for just 5 dihnar... It is cheap, but it's because the host wants to scam you.

Not as pictured

The map location is accurate, but almost none of the pictures are. The cover picture "Private kitchen" is accurate but it is a shared kitchen. Bathroom/Shower is also shared. We booked a "Comfort Appartement" but got a single room with two beds. The house being shared with 4 or 5 other rooms I think. Overall, it was fine as we were only on a 28 hours long transit at the airport, it is just unfortunate as this was a family trip with a 6 month old baby and a 5 year old that can't talk quietly, I feel bad for the other house guests. The area around the B&B was nice, lots of place at walkable distance (within 15 minutes) to eat and stores to buy nice stuff at low price. Clothing at a third of what the airport duty free shops asks. The site says «Government-issued photo ID may be required» but they actually take pictures of both your passport and your visa, not just the person booking, but every occupants. I think it was a bit over the top compared to check-in requirement in other countries. The owner was very friendly. Overall, a nice stay.

Incredibly disappointing.

This was an awful experience. We reserved through hotel.com and chose the option to pay in person. When we arrived at 8:30 pm at night to check in, we sat for over half an hour before being told that they didn’t have a room for us. Apparently, if you choose the option to pay in person and don’t arrive at a specific time, they give your reservation away with no warning, message, or any communication whatsoever. We ended up having to find a place to stay at the last minute while sitting there in the lobby. Also - taxis are 150dh which is wayyy too expensive for the short 10 min drive. They charged us an extra 150 to call a taxi for us (we weren’t able to get one due to the rain!). 300 dh later (for no reason at all because they gave our room away) we finally found a hotel by the airport, thank goodness. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I would just spend the extra money to be near the airport which has free shuttle service and breakfast included.

Cuidado con este hotel dice que la recepción trabaja 24 horas y es mentira, me robaron el dinero. Llegue a Casablanca pasadas las 12 de la noche y llamé al hotel, la contestación que estaba cerrado, claro que ya habían cobrado, son unos grandísimos h., Ladrones.
