People and employee arguing in parking lot. Dog food on floor and spider webs in window. Bath tub was slippery. Stayed a week and they don't clean the rooms or replace bedding during your stay.

Made reservations on line and received confirmation! Got to hotel and they had no rooms. I don’t know how that’s possible with a reservation and I’m a retired Marine and a biker that’s traveled more than most humans and never has a hotel over booked me. Not in 60 years! The woman at front desk was arrogant, rude, and a liar. I called her out on her lying so she threatened to call the cops on me. I was in parking lot trying to find another hotel nearby and none were available. I travel all day on a motorcycle to get there and she gave our rooms away to someone else because it was after midnight. We had no place to go or stay and this crazy lunatic kept telling us she was calling the cops. Nobody threatened her or swore at her or anything that would require the local PD. Yes we were upset who wouldn’t be after having no room and sleep in a parking lot after riding 10 hours. We all kept it professional except the super 8 desk person. I’m never staying at any super 8 hotel again.

Room was nice and spacious. Only issue was that toilet seat was put on at an angle and would not stay up unless I pulled it straight. Breakfast was okay as provided items that were coffee, juice, and take away items like individually wrapped honey buns, cookies, and fruity cereal bar,.while they wait on materials to arrive for the new equipment that they have setup.

It was suppose to be smoke free. Our room positively stunk. We had a king bed that did not have even standard pillows. They were more like 4 throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Everything in the room was unplugged so no refrigerator as it took forever to cool down. Price was okay but not impressed

Helpfulness of the check-in person in getting my reservation sorted out with Expedia. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was not up to standards, though, with only the Belgian Waffle maker providing proper sustenance. The coffee cups did not have matching lids, the two choices of cereals were inadequate, the pastries were unappetizing and the coffee ran out. This was in the last hour of the 6-9am open breakfast time, but it should still be better set out.

Room we stayed in could have been cleaner. Cookie crumbs under mattress & beneath headboard. Coffee maker was dirty. Sink vanity had a huge crack on the top and the refrigerator was dented and badly scratched. There were only three of us staying at the hotel that evening so I was surprised to get a room that needed attention. At least the staff at the desk was pleasant.

Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Mun, Daughter and kids do a great job at looking after this place. Breakfast is included in the room booking, its just not listed, and it has good choices. No coffee in room but its available in the breakfast room all day. Good value stay.

Confused.

My plans changed during the trip and I did not require a 2nd nights stay. I chatted with the desk and she advised she would call the owner and let me know via text or call. No call or text came so I stopped back and was advised since I booked third party they could not credit or refund the 2nd night, even though I paid at the property and not through the app. It was and is confusing. The amenities were great. Lesson learned I guess......
