Bed was comfortable enough. Sheets and other bedding were in great condition. The bathroom was clean. The room was warm, however. Didn’t get a good night’s sleep because it was so warm. The air conditioner just could not cool down the room sufficiently. Breakfast was adequate. Main complaint is that the security seemed poor. When we reported that the side door was not locked when we checked in at night, we were told that only the back doors lock and require a key card. EXCUSE ME? In my own opinion (and my husband’s who reported the door) the only door that one can walk through freely should be the FRONT door, where you obtain your key.
This is a very tired establishment—dark, in need of fresh paint, fans mounted in hallways (the halls are very warm), chair in our room was so covered in stains that I refused to sit on it. It needs a complete redo.
