I stayed at the Lord Baltimore Hotel from Aug 1–3, 2025, for a birthday stay and was extremely disappointed. The room was poorly maintained black grime down the wall from the vent, a peeling/scratched headboard, loose towel bar, mildew and bad caulking in the tub, misaligned sink handles, and a peeling smoky film on the window.
One of the main reasons I booked was to enjoy the LB Sky Bar, but service there was equally disappointing. After ordering wings and drinks, the cook left the wings sitting uncovered for over 15 minutes while scrolling on her phone. No one brought them or called out our table number, so I refused them when finally told they were ready.
The only positive was the friendly front desk associate, Ashley. Otherwise, this stay was not worth the money, and I will not return.
Prior to doing this review, I sent a message to the hotel directly. They have yet to respond.
