actually and quite truthfully the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in Turkey been coming to Turkey for ten years. breakfast was plentiful and was again hygiene of the highest standard. location is perfect to see all of trabzon. Easy travel to and from the airport. And the English written signs were the most accurate I have read in Turkey. Usually the English on Turkish signs is a little off. Altogether a highly professional operation at great rates

10/10 Exceptional

I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

We stayed there second time during our visit to Trabzon. It has a good location - pretty close to Forum mall, overall good facilities and a very friendly, nice environment. The only thing we didn't like is the shower wall. Both times it was stuck and it was hard to move it. The rest was great for this price.

Fantastic stay

Amazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

Really bad experience

I dont know how this hotel has such good rating. The rooms are very tight. And beds are adjacent to toilets. Forget about us using the washroom toilet even if the upper room or side rooms would use toilets we would hear loud noise. We were hearing noises all the time. Could not sleep. Bad breakfast on roof top. The only thing that was good was the roof top view. Also i left my mobile charger there and when i called them back to inquire, they said no one found any charger in your room. Also the cupboard was broken and lying on ground when we entered the room. They didnt even made effort pick it up and put it inside. Very disappointing 😞

Tekirdağ dan gelen misafirlerimize 2 gece konakladığımız otelinizden çok memnun kaldık. Gerçekten çok temizdi. Kahvaltısı yeterli personel her konuda yardımcıydı. Bir sonraki gelişimizde gözü kapalı tercih edeceğimiz bir konaklama oldu.
