We stayed 4 nights at Hammock Cove and it was not as good as you would expect for the high prices.
We were disappointed on arrival by the misleading descriptions of the room. A Waterview villas is supposed to have partial sea view and the only thing we could see were roofs... We were upgraded to a Waterfront villa after complaining with Hotels.com.
The service provided by the ambassadors is absolutely hopeless. We saw him on the first day and then nothing. The turn down service was performed only twice during our stay,
The all-day food was also a big disappointment. The food at the beach is not very appealing and the food at the bistro is always the same and very basic. The restaurant selection is also very poor - we had to eat 3 times at the Lighthouse during our 4 days visit.
On the positive side, the food at the Lighthouse was excellent and the chefs were very friendly.
