Really like this hotel for convenience and comfort. Disappointed that they no longer provide water in the room. Single female travelling I don’t want to come down in the evening to reception to have to fill my water up multiple times. Gym equipment needs updating- the rower has been on its last legs for a long time and sounds like it is about to break.

We are family with 2 teenagers. It’s a nice hotel. Arnold served us in the front desk when we checked in around 1:30am. He was gentle and friendly. Help us to check in and told us the facilities in Hotel. Gave us a discount coupon for drinks in the lounge. Reminded us to call him if we needed any help. It’s a very good location. It takes 10-15 minutes tram to Brussel- Zuid or Brussel- Noord. Then we could go everywhere such as Ghent or Paris. Our room is a junior suite with Sauna. It’s very nice to have sauna in room. The room is spacious with soft bed and pillows We had sweet dreams for two nights. For the cleanliness, dusting the towel warmer and the sauna room then we could give 5 stars. Anyway, we will come again.

Firstly, the staff are amazing here. Really polite, friendly and always helpful. Room was fine, a little dusty in places but overall clean enough. Main bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, but can't expect a sofa bed to be as comfortable as a proper bed. Air conditioning is excellent, weather outside was over 35 degrees when we went and the room's temperature was lovely. The only issue was the sound proofing from above. Of the 3 nights we stayed, the first was fine. The second we could hear footsteps and banging doors till past midnight and the third was not much better. Location is good. 3 minutes from nearest tram stop (Stephanie) which goes into the centre quickly. 8 minutes walk from nearest metro station (Louise). Could get to Brussels-Zuid in under 20 minutes. Supermarket close by. Overall, recommended.
