Very nice ryokan, the staff was professional and polite. The food was amazing! Although the portion is quite big, and we can’t finish. Contrary to the reviews given by other commenters, there’s hot food for dinner and morning. There is free parking spot next to the hotel as well!

I stayed for 2 nights and received impeccable service, I ate well, rested well and slept well. I choose the Japanese style room with a mountain view and had a relaxing time soaking at the onsen. They had 3 different area of public bath and I enjoyed the rooftop onsen the most, I even woke up at 6.30am to catch the sunrise with Mount Yufu. The lounge area is so aesthetically pleasing, really calms your soul and allows you to chill and unwind. I went for half board and food was excellent, presentation and taste was perfectly executed, I was so well taken care of by the host and I hope to come back again ^^ Japanese hospitality at its best, will totally recommend Ryokan Hachisunoito!

This was the first time my best friend Lina and I had stayed at a ryokan, and although it was a perfect trip overall, the only difficult part was walking up the hill to the ryokan with our luggage. The staff were very kind, and the two breakfasts and two dinners, each featuring exquisite delicacies, left us in awe every time. The temperature of the hot spring water was just right and gentle. What truly moved us, however, happened after we had checked out. While we were waiting in line at the Yufuin Station, the ryokan owner hurried toward us and handed me my sunglasses. The truth is, I had left the sunglasses behind, thinking they were too old to keep. The owner had noticed I had left them and retrieved them while cleaning. We were so touched that we almost cried. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family, and we are already planning our next visit. Arigatou gozaimasu!

My wife an I had an amazing time at this ryokan. The facilities, hospitality and food are all worth 5 stars. As soon as we came in we were greeted with a delicious snack. The check in process was very simple and after a tour of the facility we were out enjoying the multiple onsen facilities. There are several baths areas. There are 2 traditional outdoor areas for women and men. There are 2 private bath area, both with an indoor and outdoor baths. And then there are 2 rooftop baths in the new building that was added 2 years ago. We booked a traditional Japanese room which was very comfortable and had a nice view of Mt Yufu. The food was outstanding . We had breakfast and dinner 2 days in a row and every dish was delicious and unique. The hospitality was outstanding, very attentive and they took care of every detail.

유후인역에서 걸어서 방문했습니다. 짐을 들고 걸어가다 보니 조금 힘들기는 했지만, 충분히 걸어갈 만한 거리였습니다. 다만 짐이 많으신 분이라면 택시를 이용하시는 것을 추천드립니다. 료칸 근처에 도착하니 주인분께서 직접 나오셔서 짐을 들어주시고 체크인을 도와주셨습니다. 정말 친절하게 맞아주셨고, 료칸의 시설과 이용 방법도 하나하나 꼼꼼하게 설명해주셨습니다. 여행을 다니면서 여러 숙소를 이용해봤지만 이렇게 세심하고 친절한 서비스를 받은 것은 처음이라 무척 감동적이었습니다. 시설 역시 서비스만큼이나 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 매우 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있었으며, 제가 이용한 스위트룸에는 개인 노천탕이 있어 원하는 시간에 자유롭게 온천을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 료칸에는 1층 대욕장, 2층 가족탕, 4층 루프탑 등 다양한 온천 시설이 마련되어 있었는데, 어느 곳 하나 빠짐없이 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 그중에서도 가장 마음에 들었던 곳은 4층 루프탑 온천이었습니다. 탁 트인 풍경을 바라보며 온천을 즐길 수 있어 정말 좋았고, 냉탕과 2인이 이용할 수 있는 사우나까지 갖춰져 있어 여행의 피로를 풀기에 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 유후인에서 정말 좋은 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 시설도 훌륭했지만 무엇보다 처음 도착했을 때부터 마지막까지 따뜻하고 친절하게 대해주신 것이 가장 기억에 남습니다. 다음에 유후인을 방문한다면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다. 마지막까지 친절하게 안내해주신 료칸 하치스노이토 가족분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

初の利用でしたが、スタッフさん方は皆様、とてもお優しく、こちらのミスでチェックイン時間をお伝えできずにおり、予定よりお待たせしてしまったのにも関わらず、準備よくご対応いただきました。ご迷惑おかけし、とても申し訳なかったのですが、そんな状況でもご対応いただけたことに大変感謝しております。 晴れた日の屋上の露天風呂がとても快適な景色で、貸し切り風呂も深夜からも利用できるのがありがたかったです。共用ラウンジで出していただけるコーヒーも美味しく、朝食もとても素晴らしかったので、余裕を持って今度はまたお邪魔させていただきたいです。

非常舒服的住宿體驗，旅館夫婦在抵達旅館時幫我們提取行李及遞給我們兩傘（因為登記入住當天下雨）。細心講解旅館環境的同時，帶領我們去Lounge看用甘酒及水果等開胃小吃。 私人風呂算是獨立個室，進入風呂後風呂有室內及室外選擇，室外景色十分動人，配套也相當齊全（吹風機、洗臉用品等） 是次住宿選擇了一泊二食（當日晚餐及翌日早餐）。每道料理都感受到食材的新鮮（很少吃到爽爽的沙拉菜），太豐盛結果都吃不完🙏(但是非常好吃的） 參考了其他評論，因為入住當天下雨+背著超大行李，我們選擇了從由布院站前坐計程車，約5分鐘車程便到達旅館。翌日我們嘗試步行至由布站站前，路程大約15分鐘左右，如果有大型行李還是叫計程車會比較舒適。😊

기차역에 내려서 택시를 타면 금방 도착, 메인거리까지는 내리막이라 걷기 힘들지 않음. 모든 분들이 친절하고 층마다 온천이 있음. 2층엔 가족탕도 있음. 옥상온천에서 보는 밤하늘이 이쁨. 의외로 내부 공간이 넓고 아침도 정갈하게 맛있게 잘 나옴. 침실도 편안함. 한국인 스탭분이 계서서 통역에도 문제가 없었음. 조용이 유휴인을 즐기실 분이라면 적극 추천함.

超正的溫泉旅館

這次旅行是帶媽媽一起前往，沒有自駕遊，必須在車站能步行到溫泉旅館。酒店環境給我們驚喜，乾淨整潔、環境時尚及寧靜，職員十分親切及細心，我們選擇了一泊兩食，食物質素非常好及豐富。 由布院兩天行程都是下雨，推住行李箱的我們都有點徬徨，旅館職員聽到聲音立刻出來幫忙推行李及清潔行李，非常感謝他們。第二天離開旅館，職員幫忙call的士到JR車站。 如果再前由布院，一定再次選擇入住這間旅館。
