We had a great stay over the pride weekend which also was my bday. They had the room decorated and everything ready on our arrival. Kim in the living room provides fantastic service as always! Can’t tell you enough how her being there keeps us coming back every time! Room service was delish. Room was in great shape and loved the location!

The room was really nice. It was very odd that there was no separate bathroom that everything was out in the open. The cleaning was good, but we had to let them know to make sure they pick up all the dirty dishes when they clean other than that the day was totally enjoyable. The staff were great. The location is good and I would recommend it.

Our stay at the W was nothing except perfect. The staff was amazing from the get go and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The service was quick and efficient and overall an amazing stay.

It’s a little weird …. There isn’t a separate bathroom. It’s open to the rest of the room. Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t know this before booking. Not great if you’re staying with kids.

Change in amenities in common areas

The hotel was undergoing some construction at the time and so the common areas and amenities that we were looking forward to using, and which were part of the reason for us booking this hotel we’re not available. This would’ve been relevant information to have been shared with prior to or upon booking because we would’ve changed our decision and booked somewhere else that was less expensive and with other similar available amenities. Also, the entrance into the hotel was not clear due to the construction and the desk clerks did not look up or greet you as you walked past them in the morning.
