Outside looks rundown and kind of sketchy but the rooms are really nice and clean. It does its job as a place to crash for the night and the staff is excellent.

It's a good place to stay for the price. The mattress was hard, their wasn't a microwave or mini fridge in our room. The counter was long so you could put your stuff out. I didn't take any pictures but overall the place was clean.

We were there for a college tour so we just needed a quick sleep and a shower. Hotel was better than I was expecting after reading the reviews. It is certainly an older, cheap hotel but we would stay again. It was fairly clean and the front desk gentleman was very friendly at check in.

Just okay.

There aren’t many hotel options in Stephenville, so busy weekends at Tarleton reduce already limited choices for visitors. The Motel 6 was a bit rundown. The pool is permanently closed. Since it is a Motel 6, there are no amenities. Just soap and very small thin towels. The room was clean and the bed was acceptable in comfort. The AC was cold, which was good. The bathroom outlet didn’t work and the light over the sink went out our last morning there. All of this for the low price of $157 a night. But again, this was the best price we could get for Family weekend if we wanted to stay in Stephenville.

You get what you pay for and for $81, this was a good property. We felt safe. We liked that the flooring was laminate, wood-look flooring instead of carpet. The beds were clean and comfy. The tub/shower was old, but water was hot and got the job done.

The first room had roaches all over the bathroom and vanity area. There roaches coming out from behind the TV . The front desk person apologetic but knew exactly what the issue was in that room. He admitted it has been an ongoing issue. We switched rooms on the other side of the property and there were a few roaches in that room as well. I will not recommend this Motel 6 in Stephensville TX to anyone.

Night manager was awesome! Hotel is older and was clean enough. Bed was worse than a pull out couch bed. Pillows might as well be non-existent. Could feel the mattress buttons, felt like springs were trying to pop through the mattress

It was ok for a one night place to lay your head 12 hrs. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner so be sure and bring your own. No ironing board, iron, hairdryer or coffee pot. The 3 stars for the cleaness of the room.
