This will be the last time I stay at the pullman. 2 elevators were broken upon our arrival, then the 3rd broke. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs for 3 days. The hotel staff gave 0 information nor did they try to help. Then the bar closed because the register broke. The final straw is what they have for wifi. Terrible barely works half the time when I could connect it was slow. I have been staying at this hotel 4x a year for 8 years...this was the last. This was not the first time I have had elevator and internet issues, just the worst! Definitely not a 4 star resort.
