I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment we received during breakfast at your hotel. Unfortunately, the lady in charge of the breakfast service treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
Not only did she attend to us with a poor attitude, but she also turned off the lights in the dining area while we were still eating, leaving us in complete darkness. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.
I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that no other guests experience such treatment in the future. We chose your hotel expecting good hospitality, and this situation was far from that standard.
