There was a huge line for check-in. It after that. Everything was great. The rooms are small with no refrigerator but very comfortable, super clean. The location is absolutely too—so close to everything. I would highly recommend for. Stay in Berlin. Also it’s super convenient to have the parking just below the hotel.

I was only in the hotel for 1 evening. Arriving at 7pm and departing at 8am. The hotel is my preferred option in Berlin due to its proximity to the Alexanderplatz station and direct link to the airport. The room allocated as a good size for a single occupant. The bed was really comfortable and the clean warm and clean. There was coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with lots of hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The WiFi signal was very good. I will stay at the hotel again when visiting Berlin.

Very nice, huge hotel. Room enough in the two restaurants for Intercontinental breakfast. Located on the Alexander Platz, this gives you direct access to the city, metro, train en direct transport line to the airport. The room was clean, personnel very helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, very accessible for public transport, shops, restaurants and many more. Staff are very nice from day one to our check out. Food in the hotel not that good in a Radisson hotel. And another thing negative minor comment from us was emptied hand towels and emptied shower gel which unlikely strange to a Radisson because I am a Radisson booker myself. It was not really a concern to us because we brought our own shower gel but ofcourse my concern for those costumers who didn't brought shower gel themselves. But still I would highly recommend this hotel for some other reasons.

Excellent location, but basic services need major improvement. First, the positive note: the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It is in an excellent spot that makes public transportation very easy to access. However, the hotel is severely lacking in basic hospitality services. I have serious concerns about room cleanliness. The trash in my room was not collected until a day after I specifically requested it. Additionally, it is ridiculous that using the sauna requires an extra fee. There is no swimming pool, and although they mentioned the fitness center is free to use, it does not make up for the other missing amenities. There is no minibar in the room, not even a single bottle of complimentary drinking water was provided, and basic single-use hygiene items like cotton swabs were completely missing. If you are a smoker, be prepared to walk all the way down to the main entrance every single time. Furthermore, the elevator is quite old; it got stuck once during my stay, and it makes a loud wind noise while in use. The breakfast was just average and very basic. Overall, while the location is wonderful, the hotel is lagging far behind in essential hospitality and cleanliness standards.

Booked this hotel for a solo trip very last minute. The hotel was clean and maintained well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is large and can hold a lot of guests there was plenty of space and not too over crowded in the lobby. The room itself as good with all amenities albeit the room was on the smaller size. One drawback was the shower curtain that separated the the shower area with the rest of the room. This was fine as a solo traveller but might have been difficult if I was travelling with others. The breakfast area was very clean and a good choice. The usual continental breakfast options and plenty of options available. The best thing about the hotel is the location to Alexanderplatz. For anyone visiting to sight see this hotel would be ideal with many places within walking distance as well as excellent transport links around the city.

They welcomed us by charging 4 euros for keeping our bags until check in. We have travelled all over the world and never experienced anything like this. 6 euros if you want to go to the roof - top to look at the view To have your room cleaned you needed to press a button in your room. We pressed the button but the room was never cleaned. Other guests have had similar experiences. Beds were really stiff. Also shower, and more importantly the toilet were in the actual room, only sealed off by what could be described as shower walls. The good. The hotel is really nice and staff was service minded. Location i great and the view is stunning if you're staying at the upper floors.

The room was nice and clean for what it was. The gym was decent but the smith machine rack needs a lot of lubricant love. It’s also too small for the size of this hotel. Single room on 26th floor. Nice hotel. Location is supreme. Someone had taken the remote control from the room and the big towel had a hole in it. I got a new remote from the lobby, but first impressions matter. Weird that you had to pay to get access to the rooftop terrazze, i think it should be included if you are a guest. No airconditioning so the rooms might get very hot during sunny days. Also noice cancelling was not the best, you could hear everything happening in the corridor and also the floor above.
