Arrived at the hotel late in the evening around 9:30pm and was told they had no rooms available. Dispite me having a confirmation email saying the room was booked. I was told 2 others were waiting for rooms and my response was don't I come first as I actually have a booking confirmation? The Duty Managers only response was I can cancel the booking for you and I said no I would like to just go to the room. Neither staff behind the counter bothered to assist and frankly looked as they didn't care that I was left without accommodation late at night in the city. Only advice given was to try booking somewhere else LWTF seriously poor customer service for a Gold Loyalty Member. Not impressed at all with the total lack of regard that I had no accommodation on my own late at night to roam the streets to find something. Seriously poor customer service..
