Cleanness of the accommodation: dust balls and cobwebs around.
Downstairs bedroom door very hard to close.
One shower gel bottle was dysfunctional (tap didn’t work), and the bottle cannot be removed from their wall attachment for pouring.
Attention: only one bedroom is closed, the other one upstairs is opened to the mezzanine, with impossibility to block the sun light from the main room.
On day 2, a technician entered the apartment unannounced while my wife was coming out of the bathroom (fortunately covered). The manager admitted there was a mistake from their side as they believed the apt was not occupied that day (might explain the lack of cleaning), but refused any compensation for the intrusion (we’re talking about a one-hour technical intervention, not a cleaning lady flying through to change the towels). This was a strong disruption of the quietness of our stay.
Definitely not worth using the word “prestige”.
