My stay in Prague was simply fantastic . The hotel is good in every aspect: Cleanliness & Organization: Everything was clean and organized, which shows enormous care for the guests and brings a wonderful feeling of comfort. Room & Facilities: The room was excellent, very cozy, and featured top-quality facilities, ensuring a perfect rest after a full day of walking around the city. Thanks for the water. Service: The front desk staff were extremely polite, kind, and helpful at all times, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast: Breakfast was very good, tasty, and with an impressive variety of options for all tastes. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant, and high-standard stay in Prague!

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is great and walkable to many of the main attractions. Our room was small but was totally fine for 2 people. The reception staff were really helpful and attentive, cannot fault them. I will note, that the room smells a bit musty and old? But we either got used to it, or it went away with the windows open. The windows do need to be shut to have the aircon operational though. The carpet in the corridors looks dirty and outdated.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We arrived about lunchtime and were able to check in early. The room was absolutely fine and had a good number of coat hangers. Breakfast was good. We liked the location because we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We used the historic tram one day which stops about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
