Great restaurant and bar, great staff. Room was very tired - but I have stayed in renovated rooms before so I was surprised the one I had this time needed some TLC. A little bit loud bing by route 90

8/10 Very good

rooms were large but bathrooms on the smaller side. Pool and waterslide were a hit with the kids. Lots of traffic noise, so bring ear plugs

Really nice hotel. Staff was great.

2/10 Poor

The hotel should be torn down. It’s old, grungy and the elevators barely function. The facility is in a desperate need of a full renovation or a few sticks of dynamite. The only positive were the staff. The interactions from front desk to cleaning to bar staff were excellent.

Despite the outdated interior and wear and tear it was clean and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again! Kids loved the pool area

8/10 Very good

The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the house cleaners. The water slide was fun, the pool was on the smaller side, but we still enjoyed it! The location is convenient for the errands and appointments out of towners need :) The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the icky grout around the tiles around the pool and water slide ;)

4/10 Fair

Although today our room was not what I booked Booked 2 queen beds got doubles, not all plugs in room worked, fridge did not work, huge crack in wall that when push on drywall it moved very easily. Hot tub bubbles did not work at all but pool area was clean. Heard that the hotel had been updated but obviously not the room we were put in .
