Located in a convenient location by the station. Breakfast was great. Room was clean, though the shower leaked (a lot). However, the AC did not work and it was around 25c in the room overnight. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they indicated that the AC is not switched on at the moment throughout the hotel. They insisted that the temperature would drop overnight but it seemed to get warmer! The only solution was to leave the windows open all night which, due to the location, meant a lot of noise.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gioberti and would highly recommend it. The hotel was only a two-minute walk from the main train/metro/bus station, which made it convenient for getting around in Rome. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. The staff were couteous and, whenever I had a problem, for example with the TV and the safe, they immediately sent someone to resolve the issue.
