Excellent breakfast. Rooms have different sizes and layouts. Some rooms are very uncomfortable.

Hotel location was perfect. Staff were so helpful about good restaurants, directions, overall very friendly. We arrived very early and asked for an early check in. They stored our luggage, while we explored the city. Other people came and got their rooms, not us. Last ones to get a room way after check in time. Did offer us a glass of wine.

The room was very clean. The view was great; however, it was a bit noisy because of its proximity to the road. We were on the first floor. All in all, a great hotel in a very good location.

Great stay! Located along the canal. We were able to utilize the hop on hop off canal ride to get to museums and train station and view the sites around the city. Also had bus service around the corner that was easy to use. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hair dryer did not work but it was replaced immediately. Would stay here again. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly, no matter the task or interaction the staff were completely professional and helpful. Breakfast was super easy, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable, the housekeeping service was consistent and efficient and last but not least, the lounge area ("Clash") was absolutely phenomenal and the concierge there as well as the bar staff were so so lovely and helpful. We we shocked and delighted at how much there was to offer, such as the mini supermarket downstairs, the entertainment opportunities and the relaxing atmosphere!! me and my fiance absolutely loved it there and will definitely be staying there again if we come back to Amsterdam.

The location is perfect. It's not the Taj Mahal. That's clean. Housekeeping is slam. I can't say enough about the location, location location, location. For the price to have everything right out the door was phenomenal.
