Excellent location for Achladies beach and other restaurants close by. Next to bus stop 10. The host was very helpful, polite and friendly. Kept the apt immaculate and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. When checking out gave us a lovely souvenir hand painted pebble made by his mum. Would definitely book again. Very quiet peaceful location.

Host was great and provided clean towels daily during my 5 night stay. Room 3 perfect , wobbler sink but ok do not lean on and really could not cook in there as no space, did breaky but fire alarms on eggs only be warned !! open all windows. Bin needed in bedroom, pool clean but close early at 7pm and open only at 9am. look forward to new dining area in 2 years and appreciative of local fish dining hot spots away from tourist usual suspect. bravo sir keep up high standards, spotless place :) Well Deffo return :)

Property was spotless, AC functioning 100% - 2 mn walk to beach, restaurant, bus stop and supermarket, staff very nice Bathroom was very small, hard to shower. Bus taking you to town was always super packed, sometimes had to wait for the next bus

I've been coming to Skiathos for many years and this is exactly the type of accommodation I enjoy. Easy, simple, clean, polite/helpful staff and just 3-5 minute walk from the beach (with easy access to the water taxi into town). It's quiet but if you wanted a bar or tv for sports there are two locations less than 2 minutes away. I would also say the room was bigger than most standard studio rooms in Skiathos. For reference, I'm 29 and stayed here with my partner in September and have been to the island for 25 years. I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and we were grateful for air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep cool. The manager/owner worked tirelessly to keep the property running smoothly and ensure guests were comfortable. We had a pool onsite, the beach was 10 mins walk away and there were restaurants and two supermarkets nearby.

This hotel was such a lucky find! Myself and my fiancee had a very peaceful stay here. Super clean and friendly (we think family?) who own it. Any local we mentioned where we were staying to, knew it and were impressed we were staying there so it must have a good rep! Great for transport, both bus and water taxi. Car taxi only a tenner from skiathos town if you miss the last bus back. Easy walk down to achladies beach (has no issues finding sunbeds, only €15 for 2 all day), three restaurants/bars to eat and drink at and the water is beautiful! We recommend taking snorkels as there were lots of fish! Overall, an amazing hotel and location!
