The hotel is a renovated older hotel, but has been renovated well. They even replaced the electrical switches and switch plates. It drives me nuts when hotels renovate and leave 30 year old yellowed switch plates. It’s great value, even for a Comfort inn. The location was perfect as there are restaurants, an LCBO and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Maybe the best perk is they don’t serve the typical crappy hotel breakfast, but give you a $5 voucher to apply at the Stacked restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and refunded our unused portion of our booked room when we had to cut our trip short. We didn’t even have to ask. This will be my first choice in Bracebridge moving forward.

The staff was lovely and explained everything perfectly. The room was spotless. I love that they have true blackout blinds. The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is because it was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room, and my bathroom sink drained slowly, but it wasn't enough to complain about. Oh, and you get a breakfast voucher to Stacked next door. Who doesn't love that? Overall I loved my stay and would stay again.
