We stayed here as a stopover during a road trip. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive very late because our luggage was delayed at the airport. Although this was noted, when we arrived at 4 AM we were told our room had been cancelled. After I explained the situation, the receptionist eventually gave us the room, but the interaction felt more like asking for a favor than checking into a confirmed booking. After delayed luggage, a 3.5-hour night drive, and no sleep, this was not a great welcome. Parking was limited, so I had to park quite far away. Getting to the room was also inconvenient, requiring an elevator down, a long walk, and then another elevator up. On the positive side, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice port view. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We might stay again for a one-night road trip stop, but the arrival experience and room access could definitely be improved.

Hotellet kunne nok vært mye bedre da lokalisering er egentlig helt perfekt. Hotellet står frem som dårlig planlegging og tilrettelegging. Heisen er en prøvelse, kommer den eller må vi ta fatt på trappen. Knapper til tilkalling av heis virker noen plasser. Parkering fasiliteter er ikke værende, lite informasjon. Hotellets WiFi som beskrives som gratis virker ikke. Ikke på mobil eller Apple Tv. Apple tv kan heller ikke kobles til hotellets Tv da den er bygget inn i en helt unødvendig boks. Hotellet har sikkert en god frokost med gode produkter, men det er en slagmark av folk som presser seg frem. Folk sitter tilogmed ute i den wannabe resepsjonen og spiser frokost. Hotellet har altfor lite rom til bespisning, ihvertfall for den mengden folk som er der nå.

Rent på rummet men i stort behov av renovering. Mjuka sängar. Saknade avställningsbord/garderob. Golvvärme på i badrummet trots värmebölja, juli månad. Sa till om detta och vaktmästaren stängde av den. Fruktansvärt dåligt vattentryck i duschen. Gick inte att ställa termostaten på kallare då den hela tiden ”gled” tillbaka till 38 grader. Positivt var bra frukost.
