This is a roadside hostel about 40 km out of Pamplona city. There’s no reception at this property as check-in and check-out is done at the bar located next door with limited hours. We’ve experienced extreme hight temperature 38°+ Celsius without AC which was very inhuman. Room (101) door lock was broken (safety concern). Bed sheets and towels were dirty, WiFi didn't work either. There’s an obvious lack of management at this place, we do not recommend this property!

Terrible experience. Don't booked

We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered. I immediately canceled our reservation through Hotels.com, and they informed me that a refund would be processed. We had to search for another place to stay at that late hour, which obviously meant we had to pay twice for accommodation. I think this kind of option shouldn’t be offered at all So choose another option

Avec ma compagne, nous avons été de passage pour une nuit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le personnel s'est même montré arrangeant pour nous faciliter l'accès à notre chambre. L'hôtel était calme, les chambres simples et confortables. Il nous a fait du bien d'y dormir, avec comme voisins de charmantes biquettes. Rien à dire :)

A fuir ! Une honte totale: - chaleur : chambre sous les toits INSUPPORTABLE en été, 2 pièces mais 1 seul ventilateur et plus de 33 degrés à 23h dans le logement ! Aucune clim, obligé de tout laisser ouvert avec la lumière extérieure insupportable, des insectes partout qui entrent (dont un frelon à minuit) - propreté : des toiles d'araignées partout, des excréments non nettoyés dans les toilettes à notre arrivée (!!) Des insectes morts... -literie : matelas horrible, à ressorts, vieux - équipement : quel équipement ? A part 2 serviettes et un ventilateur la chambres était littéralement vide - douche : tout est HS, impossible de fermer la porte qui tombe toute seule. On est où la ? Faire payer 110e la nuit pour un taudis qui n'en vaut pas 30, si vois hésitez à venir, un conseil continuez votre chemin de quelques km ou vous aurez bien mieux.

Una auténtica vergüenza. Sin aire acondicionado, telarañas por la habitación, sin tirador de la persiana con lo cual no podías subir la persiana, calor durante la noche. Y aunque pudieras subir la persiana, podrían poner al menos una mosquitera o se te mete, como se me metió, toda la fauna del lugar. A las 3:00 am me tuve que marchar para buscar otro hotel. No volveré jamás.

El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, las camas muy cómodas y el dueño del lugar muy amable, cuenta con buen espacio para dejar el auto y el paisaje de los alrededores es de foto. Como sugerencia si la llegada es después de la hora de check in, avisar con bastante anticipación.

Hemos pasasdo frio, nos dijeron que apartir de las 20h se endecendia la calefaccion y no se encendió, en el momento de la ducha hemos pasado mucho frío. El baño no tenía secador. El bar un 10x, y por lo otro normal, por el precio está bien.

La recepción está en el bar. Fuímos primero dobde marcaba hotel, (subir un piso con una maleta grande y un niño. No cuenta con ascensor. Nuestra habitación estaba en la segunda planta y había que subir como a una tercera planta. Habitación fría cuando llegamos. El radiador de la habitación tenía un termostato que nos costó saber....tardó en calentarse la habitación. Pedimos habitación superior con cama de matrimonio pero eran dos camas con una sábana. Había un edredón para colocar pero era muy fino, apenas hacía algo. La mampara de la ducha se caía una puerta, no muy buena limpieza en la mampara. No supimos cuál era el wifi.

Petit hôtel attenant à un bar restaurant. L’accueil se fait au bar. Nous regrettons le fait que le restaurant n’étais pas ouvert ce soir la, mais nous n’étions que deux chambres occupées à l’hôtel. Mucho frío

La habitación muy bien, pero muchísimo frío. Los radiadores estaban cerrados desde ha saber cuando, encendieron la calefacción a las 5 de la tarde y más vale que me di cuenta q los radiadores estaban cerrados al llegar y para cuando encendieron la calefacción ya los tenía abiertos antes de que entenderían, pero la habitación no llegó a ser confortable nunca. Por lo demás como era solo para pasar una noche pues bien.... Pero deberían tener cuidado con las calefacciones porque en el monte en pleno invierno....llegas de andar por el monte con frío y lo q necesitas es un sitio acogedor para descansar, no tener q ponerte más ropa para poder estar en la habitación.

Me gustaría que pusieran un poco mas de iluminación, cuando llegas tarde en ella noche la puerta esta cerrada con un tornillo y hay mucha oscuridad, solo se enciende la luz de la entrada del Hostel cuando estas cerca.
