When we arrived there was water standing on the floor under the window and air conditioner. It had rained hard as we drove to the hotel, We reported it to the desk and were given towels to mop it up. A maintenance report was filed. It did not rain again while we were there. No internet service the first evening we were there. We reported it and it was fixed the second day. Does this happen often?

COCKROACHES stay here

Appiances not clean. The rooms.are not cleaned daily not at least throwing out trash in rooms. Last morning i was there i killed a cockroach.

I have really enjoyed my stay here the staff I didn't get the name of the two ladies that's working right now but they were completely awesome help me with all my needs shout out to them they need a raise! When visiting Waco again I would definitely stay here ❤️

No Breakfast, no Vestibule, sketchy regular client

The location was ok, however their regular clientele were somewhat sketchy and my daughter was approached by men asking her to their room in front of one of the hotel employees.
